3. my father booked a room for me for an expo and forgot to put the room in my name and we were having Problems checking in manger alex helped me out so much as well as the lady who checked me in I forget her name but she was awesome to they had my father on the phone and made exceptions to help me out.

4. The elevators have already been described in other reviews, so I won't them more except to say that I got quite a kick out of it.

5. If using the Business Center, everything is chargeable, except for printing boarding passes .

6. On the upside the hotel is close to everything downtown and our room was still there, clean and cool (except one night when the AC broke, but they fixed it quickly) when we returned to collapse from our day's excursions.
