5. my father booked a room for me for an expo and forgot to put the room in my name and we were having Problems checking in manger alex helped me out so much as well as the lady who checked me in I forget her name but she was awesome to they had my father on the phone and made exceptions to help me out.

6. We had a corner room with views of the city from one direction and a view of the lake and Navy Pier from the other direction--awesome.

7. We checked in late and thought we would get a 'crappy' room as a result of the time of day and convention visitors, but the front desk clerk gave us a great room, 2220, with a super comfy king sized bed and an awesome view of the river and lake.
