2. Once you get used to this, it seems it is a much more efficient system, and we did not have to wait for the elevators.

3. Probably good intentions for efficiency, but when you are on your floor waiting for the elevator to the lobby for close to 10 minutes, it is rather maddening.

4. During the my three day trip March 28-30, 2012, the hotel was completing lobby renovations but the hotel staff did an excellent job of efficiently accomodating guest (checking in/out) and make certain that all your pre-requested needs were met.

5. I felt they were a great improvement to the efficiency of a busy downtown high-rise hotel and I found myself waiting for elevators for shorter periods of time than I remember ever waiting before, plus the cars were very fast-moving and quiet.
