1. It's pretty difficult to find rooms with two double beds in Manhattan, and this hotel has them (and there's even still room to walk around the beds because the rooms are a decent size by NYC standards).

10. Stayed here 4 nights in early Aug 2011 for a leisurely long w/e in NYC - booked a couple of months in advance and got a very decent rate for SoHo, comparable to what you would pay in similar establishments in less desirable parts of town such as e.
