7. The impressive staff, including Jay Komar, Tiana Hayward, Amanda, and the others are superb, In fact the front deskattendat Ginnia was amazing in her assistance to one of my sick students who needed immediate medical care.

8. That is a big plus - I do not understand why other hotels charge for such services, as this only annoys the guests (I do not care if I pay a dollar or two more per night - but I do care if I spend a four digit number for my stay and then have to pay an additional fee of a couple of dollars to get my baggage stored after check-out).
