1. A basic for any hotel like this is to ensure its guests get a great nights sleep - this was not the case and were constantly interrupted with late night revellers making noise in their rooms to the extent we could hear their ablutions.

3. another note, if you like to work out - bring your running shoes, the gym is the size of a closet and is in the basement.

4. I would certainly recommend this hotel to friends and family and is a perfect choice if you are traveling with teenagers who like cupcake shops and Apple stores within popping distance.

6. The 60 Thompson is superbe located in the middle of Soho and it is only a stone throw away from all locations one would want to visit in this area like Prince Street, Spring Street, Greenwich village, Little Italy, Chinatown and so on.
