1. The real selling point of the hotel is the excellant location in soho and their restaurant Kittichai - which was outstanding.

2. 60 Thompson is centrally located in Soho, the shopping up Broadway was excellent and with our Aussie dollar so high to the USD we bought up big time, proximity to some great restaurants was brilliant as well (Cipriani's being a highlight).
