3. We were not too happy to be refused entry on two occasions; it is not customary in Europe for an hotel guest to be turned away from any of the hotel's facilities.

4. The New York times is delivered daily and the concierge or front desk are happy to help with restaurant bookings, taxis and any other requirement you may have.

5. had to call down 3 hours after check in and ask for the welcome amenity, arrived without even a 'happy anniversary' We stayed in a Deluxe King and the room was in desperate need of a makeover, did not feel 'cool, hip, or luxurious'.

10. At check-in, the staff were extremely friendly, courteous and welcoming as we were informed that due to a number of late check-outs that our room wasn`t ready, but a complimentary drink kept us happy during the half hour wait.
