1. Two young doormen greeted us (Adrian and Mervin whose names I know because I told them when we departed that they were exceptional and I would put them, by name, in my review) and they couldn't do enough to get us settled with luggage and a car to be parked and a genuine smile to help us in any way.

10. The tiny, somewhat outdated room was like sleeping in an oven - 90 degrees with no way to adjust the temperature except opening the window and thereby introducing the scream of police cars, etc.
