1. We were supposed to get a free amenity (fruit & cheese plate) and room service told us when they get to it they will get to it, when it came up it was the most anemic looking cheese plate I saw.

2. My only complaint is that the free morning coffee service ends at 7 am, I think in a hotel of this nature there should be coffee and tea available to everyone in the morning.

10. It's not a huge room, but who needs a big hotel room when you have NYC right outside? It has all the amenities you need (including free wireless internet) and access to the rooftop pool and bar.
