1. To resume, if it was not for the location and price, nobody will book a room here, but IMO, if you are willing to overlook over the 'defects' then this two positive aspects make the hotel worth the overall rating of Very good.

4. The valet gave us a spot right outside the door free of charge (minus a huge tip), the upgrade experience was quick and easy, and every interaction was positive.
