1. Room cleanliness - Out of six nights our room was 'cleaned' only twice, and it was not clean on check-in.

One thing I would like to say is that I am very suprised about those people who say anything different about this hotel and in turn shout it's praises, and to be quite honest if this hotel comes up to your expectations for both personal health & cleanliness then I really would not like to see the places where you may have stayed before.
