1. Hotel renovation - Yes, it is being renovated, we noticed as the bathroom obviously got a facelift (nothing too fancy, just basics) and we got a LCD TV with something around 20 channels.

6. also very close to subway station ( i got there from JFK by airtrain and subway)If you are looking for a hotel that looks and feels fancy, you shouldnt look for a cheap hotel and complain about it's appearance.
