1. While visiting NYC you will never stay on your room anyhow, so for be is a good location for a reasonable price the criteria.

6. To resume, if it was not for the location and price, nobody will book a room here, but IMO, if you are willing to overlook over the 'defects' then this two positive aspects make the hotel worth the overall rating of Very good.
