1. We were on the 15th floor and our room was very tidy - it wasn't 'shabby' like some other reviews had suggested.

7. If you will be tripping around a lot like most do in New York it is hard to beat the location here.

8. like other big cities such as Paris and London we didn't expect to be in the room much and this was true but there are things that could so easily improve this from a good rating to a very good or excellent.
