9. Those reviewers who felt the rooms were lacking are wrong - we had our friend (a NY real estate agent) up to our suite and she was very impressed for the reasonable rate we paid.

10. At first glance, hotel looks very basic--none of the impressive lobby spaces you see at other, more expensive places.
