1. All hotels in New York are relatively expensive, most rooms are smallish and generally speaking you pay for the location more than for the amenities and facilities of the hotel.

2. 5 seater lounge, desk and flat screen tv, and a generous bedroom with a King bed, two walk-in wardrobes, dresser drawers and full length mirrors.

7. general loud noise from street due to improper sealed windows, heating not adjustable, very narrow space, and unpolite concierges as well as unmotivated staff at the desk.
