1. i would not recommend this hotel to anyone, please listen to me there are a bunch of beutifull hotels in southbeach i have been there many times, the pelican, the continental, and the royal palms are great.

2. If this is a first trip to South Beach, please be aware that most restaurants include an 18% gratuity on the bill.

3. Back into the first room, Although the bathrooms were had been upgraded, the bathroom toilet seat was completely broken off and the second bathroom leaked water from the light fixture and please don't let me forget the stained wash clothes and towels.

4. please note that our room was huge (they keep special rooms for hotwire purchases facing the city on the 2nd and top floor) and nothing like I have seen before in South Beach.

5. We were pleased with the service, except when we requested two champagne glasses be sent to the room, the woman broought ius rocks glasses, we sent those back and then she came back with wine glasses, and well.

7. My wife and I stayed at the Savoy for our honeymoon in Miami,Florida and we both were very pleased with the establishment.
