2. Our initial suite was on the 2nd floor (pool view - not a good view), but we had no balcony or kitchenette (we had microwave and frig), the room was extremely small, hot and the furniture was old and outdated.

5. I must say, the only good thing about this hotel was the location, the nice pool and beach access.

6. Here are the cons: Needs a good paint job and updated carpet, new mattress, new couch-- or at least clean the stains, fix the holes in the screens, and fix the window in the bathroom so it can be closed.
