1. The only downside is that houskeeping service is very basic and the hotel frequently runs out of towels so you must call down to front desk alot, but the suites are clean and spacious with LOTS of closet space and nice views down to the pool.

3. First, the positives -- thehotel is in a great location - a few blocks from 'The Strip', the pools and pool area was very nice, having direct access to the beach was wonderful too; and Carlos, Rosa and Nick provided excellent customer service.

The hotel is nice, very close to the beach, it has a nice pool, our room was big and clean with a style that is a mix between modern and colonial, BUT:we've spent 2 SLEEPLESS nights because of the noise done by people screaming in the adiacent rooms and in the corridors all night long, knocking at their friends doors and listening to music in the pool.

5. It has 2 nice pools but who needs them when the spectacular beach is just steps away.

10. (there's a Smith & Wollensky's bar down there, great place to have a beer and watch them) -- I think we were upgraded from a regular room to a suite which was nice since my husband gets up early and he could relax in the living area.
