1. They made arrangements for a cab to pick us up to take us to the airport which was very helpful.

6. and to top it all off i get home and 4 days later they charged me $150 to my creditcard for no reason and when i call the hotel, instead of them being friendly and trying to help me figure out why my money was taken out some punk 'victor' gave me the biggest attitude.
