9. The down spout didn't look like it came out far enough over the tub, so all of the water ran off the sides and onto the tiled floor.

10. only other downside for me is that each day you get charged a resort fee - since we couldn't get into our room until 3pm day of arrival, and checkout is noon, when you are only there for a few nights, you can feel like you're paying for lots of daytime amenties that you can't use to any degree on check in and out days.
