1. The only problems we had were they filmed a movie there during our stay and the movie crew and movie staff were not the friendliest but Carlos was exceptional and we understand this did not reflect the hotel staff.

PROS: Good location near restaurants & Heart of South Beach; Great Beach Access; Seemed Family Friendly & Not too noisy (except when work crew was working on an adjacent room); decent size rooms & bathrooms; Friendly staff-although not overly knowledgeable about the area when asked about location of different stores.
