I loved my room, I loved the
happy
Hour specials, I loved the 7 pools with a lazy river, the waterslides and of course the swim up pool bar (even though it took me 2 days to find it).

Seriously, we were there for 7 full days and we must have interacted with more than a dozen valets or concierges -- they were all cordial, pleasant, informative,
happy
, and smiling.

if you end up on the West Coast of the United States and they don't mention/offer/book immediately for a session at Spa Grande, you should question the foundation of your relationship because I think they Hate Your Face, or they simply never want you to be
happy
.

The service was second to none, Whether it be the valet attendants, front desk, bartenders, room service, they all were overwhelmingly nice and would drop anything they are doing to make sure you are
happy
.

:)Seriously, it does not take a business degree to figure out that one of the best ways to insure that guests will not come back is to charge them for things that 'lessor quality' hotels are
happy
to include for no additional charge.
