1. The Napua Tower room was extremely spacious, the furnishings were plush and clean, the bathroom was spotless and enormous with double sinks and marble, the balcony was large with a view of the grounds and ocean, and the bed & pillows were extraordinarily comfortable (we like soft beds).

3. From the Groundskeeper that said 'Aloha' and asked if I was having a good time every time he saw me, to the Spa staff that made sure my every need was cared for (water, food, relaxation), to the folks at the pool and beach - doing everything they could to make sure we were comfortable and safe.
