1. I'm not sure how you and our fabulous travel agent, Anne Tippin, The Travel Agency, made the wonderful upgrade to the Napua Tower happen, but WOW, we loved it and so appreciated the special treatment.

3. Overall -I enjoyed my stay, if they could iron some of the issues, it would be a fabulous place to stay abd explore Hawaii from.
