1. except for one staff member at Humuhumu, every single staff member was extremely friendly, nice, accommodating, and helpful.

2. The Grand Dining room breakfasts were over the top in quality and service, the Concierge food service couldn't have been nicer and we really never found a need to leave the resort except for zip lining and seeing local friends.

5. The spa was no exception, where my massage therapist offered to 'upgrade' me to a deep tissue massage when my shoulders apparently seemed a bit tighter than she was used to.
