5. This is the 3rd time my husband and I have stayed at the Roosevelt Hotel, its in a great location, has a wonderful bar/lobby area, however on this occasion our delux room was extremely disappointing.

9. And yes, there is no coffee in the room and no free wi-fi, but so what? There are a million wonderful cafe's close by from Pret A Manger, to the Cosi cafe right across the street, with delicious breakfast, wifi, and fabulous service.
