1. Staff on check in could have been a bit more friendly but the other staff were fab giving us discount vouchers and maps.

3. Pros would be the friendly hotel staff, good quiet location near Grand Center with easy access to subways on the east side, plenty of restaurants and shopping within walking distance.

4. The doormen were also friendly and great about answering questions and hailing cabs for us and bless the doorman that worked the day we checked out and told us we could take the hotel car to the airport instead of a cab for the same price.
