1. The lobby is beautiful and the staff were very helpful; our room wasn't ready so we checked out baggage and went out to explore the city.

2. The fault and problem of this hotel seems to lie with the management as all the staff i spoke to begged me to fill out a comment card to help them perhaps get more staff and make their lives easier.

10. Used their pc & printer one day, in the business room, and after only a few minutes, it froze, so we had to call reception who very rudely replied and then let us wait quite a while for someone to come help us.
