2. The rooms and bathroom are on the small size and there is quite a bit of street noise twenty-four hours a day, but it is New York City, so I feel like that is not outside of what i expected.

3. The only good thing about this hotel is it's public spaces- like it's lobby- but who cares about that when you are actually STAYING in the hotel? It's better to visit for a drink rather than to stay- there are much better places in new york than here.

4. Worse, you pay separately for each device, so if like me you have an iPad and a laptop, you will pay double.

8. like other reviewers have stated, the baggage attendant blatantly asked me for a tip, saying that he wouldn't be there later when I picked the bags up.

9. Great place to eat, Hard Rock Cafe - don't go there if you don't like noise though, it's pretty loud in there unless you go around noon.
