1. The only good thing about this hotel is it's public spaces- like it's lobby- but who cares about that when you are actually STAYING in the hotel? It's better to visit for a drink rather than to stay- there are much better places in new york than here.

6. so first impression were not greatbut as the week went on my partner and i didnt care the room was left spotless ever day and for some reason we got new towels even when we hung ours up.

7. then upon arrival we were downgraded we had the cosy double double booked but we were told there was one left?? and asked if we would take the cosy queen after been travelling for 15 hours at that satge i really didnt care.
