2. The room was kept clean everyday by the brilliant maids, all towels were changed everyday without fail, and the bed was always made as if fresh.

4. The room was okay, though we did notice a stain on the bed's outer comforter (yuck), but it seemed to be freshly-laundered and the sheets were fresh, so it was one of those things that didn't come out.
