The Roosevelt Hotel in New York City is an older building that has been beautifully updated to current standards, althouth a few of the older fixtures are still in place and in need of updating, the bathrooms being the most obvious as they are in need of full size vanities with counters instead of a sink and a small shelf, and the shower and tubs also could use a little updating.
