1. It doesn't in any sense compare with the others, it is not trendy, the service is poor (welcome far from W standards, no room service to prepare the rooms for the night, bar not very exciting.

7. Each morning when I sit in lobby having my coffee, I noticed Mario Quitano (who has checked me in several times) he is welcoming and as nice to EVERYONE, even those who just walk in to ask questions.
