I arrived at the hotel around 10pm, and he was too busy having an argument with someone on the phone, to get me chesck in, when i asked him if he could either people me or get someone else, he response was 'if you want a room wait', never heard anything like it, he then proceeded to give me the smallest room i have ever had, and i was then woken up at 7am, by the cleaning staff, as the front desk had informed them i was checking out early, disgraceful for a W,Apart from that, hotel is very basic and not up to usual W standard, you would be better getting someone to DHL you some food rather than wait for room service, far better places, and for less money.
