3. Sometimes these really small rooms can be extremely uncomfortable, but here they have really paid attention to every detail ot use the minimal space efficiently and still making the room feel not too small.

4. Check-in was a bit crowded on friday eve, well at that time its a problem in majority of the better NYC hotels I guess, but when we finally got to the desk you could sense the utmost professionalism; efficient & polite + special attention to every guest.
