2. The positives: Nice customer service--the upgrade, plus the evening young man on the phone (Shonn) was cordial enough to bring up info about a shuttle to the Newark Airport & gave us free breakfast tickets for the next morning.

3. There simply is no counter space and I became concerned that if I didn't position the glass I use for incidental medications perfectly, I would risk having it crash onto the floor.

4. All in all positive experience and actually nothing to complain - or if I should really generate and pick something to 'complain' it was the voice mail of the room, I had hard time using it and the (voice mail) light in the phone was blinking IMO too often (hotel's messages, nothing real.
