1. The hotel it's so big that it get totally over crowded specially in the weekends, there is no bell boys waiting for you or your luggage at arriving time, very very poorly trained staff for a 4 stars resort, what i mean by that is no one from the moment you arrive until you left ask you about your stay and not even a welcome.

5. Miami and Miami Beach are the most interesting places in Florida, and with a little tweaking, a bit of moderation, the Fontainebleau could even more welcoming for the merely prosperous.

9. Honestly, everyone we dealt with - from the welcome at the entry, reception, beach guys who got our chaises/umbrellas/towels, pool service people, gym reception, bar tenders, waiters, baggage helpers - everyone was friendly and welcoming.
