4. All the time only one person, maybe two some times at reception to help you with check in or questions and when you get someone they are Supper Rude people not the right person for the hotel business specially mark as FOUR STARS.

7. The pool boys were fantastic - couldn't do enough to help you, and I listened to then often trying to figure out ways to better their service, and quizzing each other on aspects of the hotel (something that scottish workers dont seem to care about).
