1. The hotel it's so big that it get totally over crowded specially in the weekends, there is no bell boys waiting for you or your luggage at arriving time, very very poorly trained staff for a 4 stars resort, what i mean by that is no one from the moment you arrive until you left ask you about your stay and not even a welcome.

3. Another draw back, the bar in the hotel lobby is so big that during the evening, the lobby gets unbearably noisy with lots of people having drinks at the ba r and the lobby.
