1. This hotel can't handle the volume of people on the weekend for that is better to go from Monday -Thursday, valet parking is terrible.

2. The pool boys were fantastic - couldn't do enough to help you, and I listened to then often trying to figure out ways to better their service, and quizzing each other on aspects of the hotel (something that scottish workers dont seem to care about).

4. when you arrive the desk personel try to upgrade you for better rooms like unobstructive view,balcony or rooms w/kingsize beds i did'nt up grade but a co-worker did he paid $20 more a nite for the same room i was given, they told him it was for a bigger room.
