1. The restaurants on site were wonderful, but a little overpriced, but the in room cleaning service left a little to be desired.

4. first thing i noticed was that one of the expensive bottle of water was open and i called one of the persons that clean the room and advice her that the bottle was open when we came into the room and she took the bottle but never replaced it but that did not bother me, until today that i got my credit card statement and i notice that they charge me with the bottle of water.

5. on every hotel i been they always change towels, glasses, removed trash from the tables, not even clean the ice bucket .

6. i was really surprise that the room was not clean after the first night, the only thing that was done were the beds.

7. The hotel was so clean and fresh, and there were always nice little touches left in our room, chocolates, coffee etc.

8. The only negative point was the housekeeping was quite mediocre and sometimes it seemed went out of their way to ensure they would avoid cleaning our room (I guess the dirty dipers drew them away).
