1. The pool boys were fantastic - couldn't do enough to help you, and I listened to then often trying to figure out ways to better their service, and quizzing each other on aspects of the hotel (something that scottish workers dont seem to care about).

6. On the small positive note-The Hakkasan restaurant was fantastic, but you could easily stay at one of the smaller and more sophisticated hotels and come for dinner.

7. In our time in MIaimi we have dined at MIchael's Genuine (FANTASTIC) had drinks at the SKY Bar at the Shore Club (Equally fantastic) and dinner at the Blue Dooor at the Delano (good food, extremely pricey, great service).
