The pool boys were fantastic - couldn't do enough to help you, and I listened to then often trying to figure out ways to better their service, and quizzing each other on aspects of the hotel (something that scottish workers dont seem to

about).

the sevice there is lousy i waited 45mins by the pool for a salad, people we're also waitng 30-60mins for they're food and you try to say something but the wait people or bartenders could
care
less.

I do not want to beat up on any of the employees there that work hard everyday trying to make the guests experience great, but there are a lot of people because the 18% gratuity is already on everything, do not
care
and treat you like you shouldn't be there.

The staffer transferred me to the Reservations Supervisor, who said that each of the guests would be charged for the rooms once they arrived although I reiterated that I would be taking
care
of all the costs.
