4. My complaints aren't meaningful: There's no inhouse convenience store (but they do have most everything you could need if you just ask for it and there's a CVS across the street) and there's no inhouse do-it-yourself laundry facility (they definitely have a service that you can use though that's incredibly quick, professional, and maticulous).
