5. A/c would not cool and it was 102F out side, maintinece said it was because it was so hot out and we were on the South side of the building, hotel in Texas and no A/C.

8. Hot water was a constant problem and poor room heating/cooling system, could not open windows for fresh air so no 4-star rating.

9. The front desk staff was a bit "cool" in their reception and the room was tiny, it was basically the king bed with room to walk to the bathroom.
