3. We researched all the downtown hotels and the SFA had the best policy on room blocks and event rates that were about the same, if not less than some of mediocre properties around downtown such as the Courtyard, Hampton Inn, and Residence Inn.

10. I've come to realize (don't know why when the best Western can give you internet for free) that the upper end hotels charge for internet but in the lobbies and in the Club InterContinental Lounge, you can use their wifi for free.
