1. Elicia - when I checked into the hotel the room I requested was not available so she personally walked me to two different rooms to make sure I received the room that I was going to be happy with.

5. Definitely opt for the Club room (an extra charge) - it's a bargain with breakfast, unlimited water/sodas, and a happy hour with appetizers and open bar.

6. If you can swing it, I highly recommend upgrading your room to the 'club level' as it provides access to complimentary tea (we went more for the champagne than the tea), happy hour, and breakfast.
