1. My wife and I chose to lug our baggage to and from our room without the convenience of a cart.

My complaints aren't meaningful: There's no inhouse convenience store (but they do have most everything you could need if you just ask for it and there's a CVS across the street) and there's no inhouse do-it-yourself laundry facility (they definitely have a service that you can use though that's incredibly quick, professional, and maticulous).

10. I was in town for business, but the hotel's downtown location, with its proximity to nice places to eat, hang out (kind of college crowd-ish, but a good scene), and its convenience to the bank and to Starbuck's make it really nice for feeling comfortable for a visitor without a car.
